Tremendous opportunity for a Project Manager in a nationally recognized consulting firm! ROLE/RESPONSIBILITES:
- Successful management of a multi-disciplinary team comprised of engineering and architectural staff.
- Client management; communication with design team and client -Management of design and documentation process
- Development of project scopes, fees and schedules
- Preparation of contracts; oversight of budgets, schedules, and tasks.
- Ability to travel when needed. -Experience with renovation and/or new construction of aviation facilities
- Project planning, fee preparations, and contract negotiation
- Proposal writing experience
- Experience with construction administration.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor of architecture (5 year degree) (or higher)
- Twelve years of relevant aviation architecture experience. - 5 years of project management experience with aviation projects.
