Accounting Specialist

• Corporate/General Accounting Roles and responsibilities Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including prepartiong of journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules. Perform general ledger accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records in accordance with IFRS and company policies. Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, investigate discrepencies, and support timely resolution of outstanding items. Support various corporate accounting functions, including accruals, prepaid expenses, intercompany transactions, and other general accounting activities. Assist in preparing financial reports, account analysys, and supporting documentation for management review. Support internal and external audits by preparing requested schedules and documentation. Maintain compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and established financial procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues and improve financial processes. Perform other accounting-related duties and special projects assigned.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. 0-5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Basic understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and genral ledger processes. Proficiency in Microsoft excel and other Microsoft office applications.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage mutilple tasjs, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a team environment. Strong communication skills and willingness to learn new accounting processes and systems.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP. Previous accounting experience in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in korean. Familiarity with month-end closing processes, journal entries, and balance sheet reconcilliatons Knowledge of IFRS, U.S. GAAP, internal controls, or SOX compliance.
