Job Overview The Social Media Coordinator supports internal business partners with the implementation of social media efforts, maintains Alta.

Med location listings, and takes the lead in monitoring and responding to reviews on digital platforms such as, but not limited to, Google My Business, Yelp, and Glassdoor. The Social Media and Online Reputation Coordinator uses social media and online review platforms to inform, grow the audience, assist with service recovery, and promote services.

He or she communicates effectively with both organizational leaders and community members to ensure patient/community concerns are addressed in a professional and timely manner. This role supports all efforts to elevate the Alta. Med Health Services mission and strategic goals through impactful storytelling across all digital channels.

Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum of 2 years of experience required. Bilingual English/Spanish desirable.

Compensation

$68,640.00 - $85,800.00 annually Compensation Disclaimer Actual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations. The range is subject to change. Alta. Med is committed to ensuring a fair and competitive compensation package that reflects the candidate's value and the role's strategic importance within the organization.

This role may also qualify for discretionary bonuses or incentives.
