General Description The Visual Content Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling and brand-consistent materials that communicate messages effectively across digital and print platforms. This role involves designing a wide range of assets — including social media graphics, marketing materials, website visuals, and multimedia content — to enhance brand identity and engagement.
Job Responsibilities
Design and produce high-quality visual assets for social media, websites, email campaigns, and other marketing channels. Develop infographics, presentations, and motion graphics to communicate complex ideas visually. Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure all visuals align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Create and maintain brand templates, style guides, and asset libraries. Edit photos, videos, and other media for marketing and communication purposes. Optimize designs for different platforms and formats (desktop, mobile, print, etc.) Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to keep visual content fresh and modern.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field. Proven experience as a Visual Content Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) or similar design tools. Experience with video editing and motion design is an advantage.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and visual hierarchy. Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills. Ability to manage time effectively and work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
