Build trusted, long-term relationships by communicating treatment recommendations clearly, compassionately, and in a way patients can understand. Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, specialists, and office team members to deliver efficient, coordinated, high-quality care. Maintain accurate clinical records, uphold infection-control standards, and ensure every patient encounter reflects strong clinical judgment and professionalism.

Help create a welcoming practice culture by bringing a positive, accountable, solutions-focused approach to daily patient care. What You’ll Bring: You hold a DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school and maintain an active Illinois dental license in good standing. You bring strong diagnostic, treatment-planning, and restorative dentistry skills with a commitment to evidence-based clinical care.

You communicate effectively with patients and colleagues, helping patients feel informed, respected, and comfortable with their treatment decisions. You demonstrate sound clinical judgment, attention to detail, and a consistent commitment to patient safety and quality standards. You thrive as a collaborative dental professional who takes ownership of results and contributes positively to the practice team.
