Hospice RN Case Manager Location: Milwaukee County Pay: Up to $45/hr and a $10,000 sign on bonus Want meaningful work without giving up your life outside of work? 15-18 patient caseload average 5-6 visits/day Monday-Friday 40 hours No routine on-call or weekends.
