Dental Assistant – Full Time Location: Zephyrhills, FL We’re looking for a friendly, motivated Dental Assistant to join our growing dental team in Zephyrhills! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a positive, team-oriented environment and wants to continue developing their skills. Training and ongoing development are provided, so we’re looking for someone who is coachable, dependable, and eager to learn. What You’ll Do Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of general and restorative procedures Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials before procedures Take and process digital X-rays and other diagnostic records as needed Sterilize instruments and maintain proper infection-control standards Review patient medical histories and help prepare patients for treatment Educate patients on treatment, post-operative instructions, and proper oral hygiene Help patients feel comfortable and provide a welcoming, positive experience throughout their visit Maintain accurate clinical notes and update patient records Keep operatories clean, organized, stocked, and ready for patient care Monitor clinical supplies and communicate inventory needs to the appropriate team member Work closely with doctors, hygienists, front-office team members, and fellow assistants to maintain an efficient patient flow Help support the team wherever needed to ensure the practice runs smoothly and patients receive excellent care What We’re Looking For Dental assisting experience preferred Positive attitude and strong communication skills Reliable, organized, and team-focused Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and develop new skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Passion for providing excellent patient care Benefits This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package, including: Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid holidays 401(k) Training and professional development Opportunities for career growth and advancement Supportive, collaborative team environment If you’re looking for a dental practice where you can grow your skills, be part of a strong team, and build your career, we’d love to hear from you!
