Passenger Assistance Agent
Job description
The Passenger Assistance Agent is responsible for assisting passengers with mobility needs throughout the airport terminal in a safe, courteous, and professional manner. This role provides wheelchair transportation and customer support to ensure passengers receive timely assistance from check-in through boarding, connections, arrival, and baggage claim.
