HVAC-R and General Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Miami, Fl Salary: $55,000 – $62,400 annually Schedule: Full-time – must be available for 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts, weekends, holidays, and on-call duties. Description: We are seeking an HVAC-R and General Maintenance Supervisor with at least 5 years of experience in climate control, refrigeration systems, and general facilities maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, troubleshooting, and repair skills for electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC-R systems, along with preventive and corrective maintenance experience.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and perform maintenance of HVAC-R, electrical, and plumbing systems. Inspect and ensure proper equipment functionality. Respond to emergency maintenance calls. Maintain records of daily activities. Comply with safety policies and PPE requirements.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent. EPA 608 Universal Certification. Valid driver’s license with a clean record. Ability to read blueprints and electrical diagrams. Flexible schedule availability. Facilities maintenance experience (preferably in hotels or food production).
