The Senior Commercial/Fixtures Quotations Coordinator assists with the development of quotations on Commercial Fixture projects and ensures outstanding customer service.

Position Details: Schedule | Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with overtime as needed.

Pay Range

| $25.27 – $35.41/hour based on experience.

Responsibilities

Serve in an administrative capacity supporting the Quotations function. Manage and monitor the Quotations shared email inbox. Create and maintain projects within Bid. Tracer software. Request RFQs from vendors and organize received quotations. Respond to incoming phone calls and emails professionally and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.

Partner with the Quotations Manager to support project coordination, provide updates, and assist with administrative tasks. Follow up with sales associates and customers to determine project award status. Assist with the preparation and assembly of submittals and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) manuals. Maintain accurate project records and documentation.

Adhere to all company compliance, Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures. Maintain regular and dependable attendance. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

1-2 years’ experience with customer service, quotations or inside sales Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and focus on quality output Self-motivated, a great teammate, and goal oriented Possess a high aptitude for working independently and self-management Ability to efficiently multi­task in a highly deadline driven environment Strong organization and time management skills Outstanding oral and written communication skills Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Teams At Ferguson, we care for each other.

• Pay Range: - $25.27 - $35.41
• Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
• This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
