As a#Special Education Teacher, you will provide instructional leadership and guidance to paraeducators, manage individualized education programs (IEPs), collaborate with general education staff to facilitate inclusive practices, and engage families as active partners in each student#s success.

This collaborative model is rooted in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
