• Roseland, NJ, Salary Range: $104000.00 - $104000.00Salary, Manage and monitor all Accounts Receivable (A/R) activity, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of customer billing and payments. Oversee the collections process for both residential and commercial customers. Contact delinquent accounts via phone, email, and written correspondence to arrange payment and resolve disputes. Evaluate customer payment histories and determine appropriate collection strategies. Place delinquent accounts on stop service in accordance with company policies. Prepare and maintain aging reports, payment records, and collection notes. Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Operations, Customer Service) to resolve billing or service-related issues impacting payment. Recommend accounts for escalation, write-off, or legal action when necessary. Develop and enforce credit and collection policies to minimize risk and improve DSO (Days Sales Outstanding). Provide regular reporting and updates to management on collection status and trends.
