Physician Assistant (PA) – Outpatient Pain Management Laurinburg, NC | Full-Time Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Friday: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM Build Meaningful Relationships. Integrated Pain Solutions, the North Carolina division of Summit Spine and Joint Centers, is seeking a compassionate Physician Assistant to join our growing outpatient pain management practice in Laurinburg, NC.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced PA who enjoys practicing with a high degree of autonomy while collaborating closely with experienced physicians. You'll care for patients living with chronic pain, helping them improve their mobility, function, and overall quality of life through individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities include

Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, medical histories, and physical examinations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians Manage follow-up appointments and monitor patient progress Order and interpret laboratory studies and diagnostic imaging Prescribe medications and treatments within your scope of practice Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, medications, and lifestyle modifications Coordinate care with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals Maintain timely and accurate documentation within the electronic medical record Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program Active North Carolina PA license Current BLS certification National Provider Identifier (NPI) Two or more years of clinical experience preferred Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for providing compassionate, patient-centered care Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) retirement plan CME and professional development opportunities Opportunities for career advancement within a growing multi-state organization The employee must communicate professionally, respectfully, and effectively with patients, visitors, clinicians, coworkers, and vendors, including in busy, demanding, or stressful circumstances.
