Detail Job Description:

1. Responsible for listening and precisely interpreting communication between two different language speaking Customers/Clients (Ex: English & Nepali)
2. Adhering to standard operating procedures required for the process and organization
3. Responsible for quality goals and implementation of any client updates from time-to-time

6. The Nepali language interpreters should be very fluent in Bilingual Speaking (Ex: English & Nepali)
7. The Nepali language interpreters should have command over Language with good understanding skills is required
8. The Nepali language interpreters should have good communication Skills is required
9. The Nepali language interpreters should be a good listener
10. Candidates with certification in Nepali Language, Nepali Language trainers, Nepali Language Associate, Customer support Nepali Language will be given high preference
11. Fresher with good Proficiency in speaking Nepali and English Language
12. The Nepali language interpreters should be energetic and should have positive approach towards issues handling
13. The Nepali language interpreters should be flexible to work in rotational shifts major night shifts (5 days per week & 2 days off)
