What you will do

As a Data Analyst, you will transform complex data into actionable insights that support informed business decisions and continuous improvement across the organisation. You will conduct full-lifecycle analysis, develop reporting solutions, monitor performance, and identify opportunities to optimise processes and outcomes.
This role requires an analytical and detail-oriented professional with strong data modelling, reporting, and problem-solving skills. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the business to deliver accurate insights that improve efficiency, strengthen decision-making, and create measurable impact. In this role you will: Key responsibilities Data analysis: Interpret complex datasets, apply statistical techniques, and deliver accurate ongoing analysis and reporting.
Reporting and insights : Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics that support business decision-making. Data management: Build and enhance databases, data collection systems, and analytical processes that improve efficiency and quality. Data acquisition: Gather and maintain data from primary and secondary sources while ensuring integrity and reliability.
Trend identification: Identify, analyse, and interpret patterns, trends, and opportunities within complex datasets. Data quality: Validate, review, and cleanse data to resolve inconsistencies and improve accuracy. Stakeholder collaboration: Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable analytical solutions.
Process improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to improve reporting, analytics, and operational processes. The skills we would love to see in your suitcase! 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Data Analyst, or in a similar analytical role, or a relevant graduate degree with a strong interest in data analytics.
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field. Strong knowledge of data models, database design, data mining, segmentation techniques, and SQL. Experience with reporting tools, databases, and business intelligence platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Business Objects, or similar solutions.
Experience using statistical analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, SAS, or equivalent platforms. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to collect, interpret, and present data findings clearly to a variety of stakeholders. Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Nice to have
Knowledge of Kibana, Grafana, ETL frameworks, XML, JavaScript, or additional programming languages.
