Travel Consultant | Morocco

✈️ Travel Operations, Customer Experience & Ticketing Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Travel Consultant to manage end-to-end air travel queries. You will be the face of the organization, handling reservations, ticketing, and post-booking support while ensuring a seamless experience that is far beyond the ordinary.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multi-channel queries (calls, emails, chat) for flight bookings, fares, and airline policies Execute ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds with accuracy Navigate complex schedule changes and IRROPS to ensure traveler safety and satisfaction Liaise with global airlines and internal tech teams to resolve bottlenecks in real-time Ideal Candidate Profile Bachelor’s Degree in Travel & Tourism or related field 1–3 years of experience in travel operations (OTA or airline environment preferred).

Experience handling B2C and/or B2B travel clients Skills & Competencies Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre). Strong understanding of advanced fare rules and ticketing processes. Familiarity with CRM systems and workflow tools. Knowledge of IATA regulations and travel compliance standards. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
