Workster is partnering with a rapidly growing e-mobility startup to recruit Customer Support Specialists for their Brooklyn, NY team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping them navigate the e-bike selection process, answering product-related questions, and providing expert guidance.
Your focus will be on delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting sales conversion.
Your Role
Engage with potential customers through email, chat, phone, and in-person interactions Provide expert guidance and personalized recommendations on e-bike and bicycle products Assist customers in decision-making to ensure they find the right product for their needs Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment Share knowledge with the team and contribute to internal training resources Gather and report customer feedback to improve products and sales processes Your Qualifications Expert knowledge of e-bikes or bicycles (experience in bike shops, manufacturing, or related industries) Excellent written and oral communication skills Comfort with technology and digital tools Empathetic, enthusiastic, and customer-focused personality Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in ambiguous situations Interest in sustainability, mobility, and technology is a plus Previous experience in customer support is advantageous The Offer Full-time on-site role in Brooklyn, New York Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM Work in a dynamic startup environment with ambitious and passionate colleagues Opportunity to work with a wide variety of e-bike models and brands Be part of an innovative and fast-growing international company Paid training and structured onboarding Career growth and professional development opportunities Access to high-quality tools and resources for e-bike support Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans Life, accidental death, and long-term disability insurance Paid parental leave
