This role works directly with team members, leaders, and teams across Nova-Tech to strengthen engagement, support meaningful culture and wellbeing initiatives, enhance the campus experience, and help ensure our values and culture are consistently experienced throughout the organization.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys turning ideas and priorities into meaningful experiences and results. You will have the opportunity to coordinate and deliver company-wide initiatives, build relationships across the organization, gather insights that help shape future improvements, and serve as a trusted resource for culture and team member experience.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of their work and operate with a high level of independence. The right person is a self-starter who exercises sound judgment, communicates effectively, produces polished work, and can take strategic direction and priorities and confidently move the work forward without extensive day-to-day guidance.

Who is Nova-Tech Engineering? Headquartered in Willmar, MN, Nova-Tech Engineering is a growing, dynamic company founded in 1992 that began as one person’s passion to benefit the agricultural industry. Through innovative process automation technology, the company engineers and manufactures products that serve over 500 commercial poultry hatcheries in over 65 countries worldwide.

Nova-Tech houses every aspect of its business on the Minn. West Technology Campus, including a manufacturing facility located just steps away from our engineering and drafting teams. Walking from building to building, you can observe our whole process, from concept to final product. What we’re looking for: Support the successful implementation of culture and wellbeing strategies through effective planning, coordination, and execution.

Facilitate culture programming and engagement initiatives by managing event logistics, communications, and team member involvement. Serve as a trusted culture resource by guiding teams, enhancing participation, and reinforcing culture expectations. Work across Agile teams and leadership to promote cultural consistency, address friction points, and enhance team effectiveness.

Gather and analyze culture and wellbeing feedback to identify trends, measure engagement, and support continuous improvement. Enhance the campus team member experience through the planning and delivery of culture-focused activities and initiatives. Ensure effective communication and coordination of culture and wellbeing initiatives through timely stakeholder engagement and resource management.

Monitor team member engagement and cultural alignment while communicating risks, feedback, and opportunities for improvement to the appropriate partners. What you’ll do: The Culture Generalist is responsible for the execution, coordination, and day-to-day delivery of culture and wellbeing initiatives at Nova-Tech Engineering.

This role implements vetted priorities, initiatives, and guardrails established by the Culture Partner, ensuring culture is consistently experienced, reinforced, and lived across the organization. At Nova-Tech Engineering we take a strengths-based approach to our team members and company. Operating closest to teams and daily activity, the Culture Generalist supports culture programming, campus experiences, and engagement efforts by coordinating logistics, facilitating activities, and working directly with team members, teams, and cross-functional partners.

This role brings feedback, participation data, and observations back to the Culture Partner to inform strategy and continuous improvement. This role helps ensure that daily cultural behaviors, routines, and practices are operating as intended and aligned to approved frameworks and expectations. Other key areas include: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

2+ years of experience in culture, team member engagement, HR coordination, events, communications, or related roles. Experience supporting or executing programs, initiatives, or events in an organizational setting. Strong understanding of team member experience, engagement, and culture-building practices. Ability to work independently while following strategic direction and priorities.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with team members, teams, and leaders across the organization. Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication in English. Ability to influence, encourage participation, and drive engagement without direct authority.
