It is about creating meaningful experiences, providing personalized care, and helping our residents maintain their health, independence, and quality of life.

We are looking for a compassionate, attentive, and dependable Dietary/Server who understands that every resident is unique and that dining in Memory Care requires an extra level of awareness, patience, and responsibility. Why This Role Is So Important Our Memory Care residents have individual nutritional needs and may require specialized diets and modified food textures to ensure they can eat safely and comfortably.

As a Memory Care Server, you play an essential role in ensuring each resident receives the correct meal according to their prescribed diet and food consistency. This may include: Therapeutic Diets: Recognizing and following individual dietary requirements, including diabetic, low-sodium, heart-healthy, and other prescribed diets.

Modified Food Textures: Understanding the importance of serving the correct food consistency, including regular, mechanical soft, minced and moist, and pureed foods, as ordered. Thickened Liquids: Ensuring beverages are served at the correct consistency when prescribed. Resident Safety: Paying close attention to meal tickets, dietary instructions, food substitutions, and special precautions to help prevent residents from receiving incorrect foods or beverages.

Personalized Dining Assistance: Recognizing when a resident needs encouragement, assistance, extra time, or a little extra patience during meals. Getting the meal right matters. Serving the wrong food texture or beverage consistency can create serious risks for residents who have swallowing difficulties or other medical dietary needs.

Your attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions are essential to their safety.
