We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Managerto drive thesuccessful executionof Similarweb's marketing strategy through our marketing automation and demand generation platforms (email, chat, calendar automation, WordPress, and more). You’ll play a key role inexecuting triggered campaigns and nurture flows, while working closely with stakeholders across marketing, GTM, and product teams. In this role, you will also establish and maintain scalable processes that support best practices in campaign and lead management, while continuously monitoring data quality and performance to optimize results.

What you'll do

• Build and manage campaigns across our marketing channels, including email, WordPress, chatbots, webinars, and calendar automation
• Take end-to-end ownership of campaigns, from planning with marketing managers and product stakeholders through to launch, QA, and post-campaign review
• Own the campaign calendar to enable smooth planning and execution across teams
• Build, refine, and oversee audience segmentation strategies using CRM and marketing automation data
• Own advanced data flows: lead uploads, segmentation accuracy and data quality
• Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting and actionable insights to management and stakeholders
• Use AI and vibe coding to improve how we work, for example in segmentation, content personalization, and workflow automation

You're a great fit if you have

• 2+ years of experience as a Marketing Operations Manager, Marketing Automation Manager, Email Marketing Manager or similar role
• Hands-on experience with a CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and a marketing automation platform (e.g., Marketing Cloud, HubSpot)
• Experience managing leads and building segmentation logic on large datasets
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, managing priorities, and delivering independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and a quick learner
• Fluent English
• An AI-first mindset, with the curiosity and creativity to use AI to solve marketing challenges and improve existing processes

This is the perfect job for someone who has:

• 2+ years of experience as a Marketing Operations Manager, Marketing Automation Manager, or Marketing Manager
• Experience with email marketing platforms
• Experience managing leads and building segmentation logic based on CRM data
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights
• Excellent English skills, both written and verbal
• Creativity and initiative, with the ability to bring new ideas to messaging and campaign execution
• Experience in B2B tech or software companies -advantage
