Key Responsibilities

• Support property operations and resident satisfaction • Assist with LIHTC compliance, resident files, and recertifications • Monitor occupancy, rent collections, and budget performance • Coordinate with maintenance teams and vendors • Support team development and community engagement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years multifamily property management experience • REQUIRED: Minimum 1 year hands-on LIHTC/Tax Credit experience • 1+ year Assistant Community Manager experience • Experience with resident recertifications and compliance documentation • RealPage, Yardi, OneSite, or similar software preferred
