Parts and Assets Manager

Fleet Repair Solutionsis growing, and we're looking for an experiencedParts and Assets Manager to lead our parts operation in Seagoville, Texas.

This is a full time, hands on leadership role for someone who knows how to keep a busy heavy duty repair operation organized, stocked, and moving.

Location: Seagoville, TX 75159

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Salary: Up to $75,000 per year, based on experience

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As our Parts and Assets Manager, you'll take ownership of the parts department and help ensure our technicians and operations teams have what they need to keep work moving.

Your responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining accurate parts inventory

• Forecasting parts needs and maintaining appropriate stock levels

• Ordering, receiving, labeling, and organizing parts

• Monitoring pricing and parts profitability

• Managing special orders and tracking parts through completion

• Building and maintaining strong vendor relationships

• Working closely with service and operations leadership to ensure parts are available for scheduled repairs

• Maintaining accurate asset and inventory records

• Hiring, training, supervising, and developing parts department employees

• Identifying opportunities to improve organization, efficiency, and cost control

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their department and understands that a strong parts operation is critical to a successful repair shop.

The right person is organized, dependable, comfortable leading a team, and able to balance inventory availability with cost control. Experience with heavy duty truck, trailer, fleet, automotive, equipment, or similar parts operations is strongly preferred.
