Responsibilities

Comply with the company and site safety and quality policies, processes, and procedures Maintain clean work environment and comply with 5S standards Follow and complete established procedures, processes, and policies Use standard work, programs, and work instructions to test all products, models, and/or subassemblies Interpret schematics and drawings to properly test all products Troubleshoot and document all product, models, and/or subassemblies appropriately to meet quality standards Perform minor repairs per work instruction/standard work within takt time; refer major repairs to appropriate resources Collaborate on improving processes, lead times, productivity and cost using the DTZ process Obtain and renew safety certification as needed to properly move and/or test all products, models, and/or subassemblies Additional duties as assigned including flexing to other departments Requirements High school diploma or equivalent.
