Sr Application Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Application Developer to design, develop, and improve business-critical applications and integrations. In this role, you will solve complex technical challenges, guide development standards, and collaborate with business partners to deliver secure, scalable, and user-focused solutions.

What You’ll Do Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality software applications and system integrations. Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions and clear estimates. Troubleshoot complex issues, identify root causes, and implement lasting improvements. Review code, strengthen development standards, and promote secure coding practices.

Improve application performance, reliability, documentation, and maintainability. Partner with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams throughout the development lifecycle. Mentor programmers and share knowledge that strengthens the team’s capabilities. What You Bring Several years of professional software development experience, including ownership of complex projects.

Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages and related frameworks. Experience with relational databases, APIs, source control, testing, and deployment practices. Ability to analyze business processes and convert needs into effective technical solutions. Working knowledge of application security, performance optimization, and software architecture.

Clear communication, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Experience with cloud platforms, DevOps tools, automated testing, or CI/CD pipelines. Background supporting enterprise applications, data integrations, or reporting solutions. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
