Non-Delegated Correspondent Account Executive

The Non-Delegated Correspondent Account Executive is responsible for driving account activation, production growth, and long-term partner engagement across Plaza's Non-Delegated Correspondent channel. The role serves as a key liaison between Sales, Operations, Underwriting, and Closing to ensure newly approved correspondents are successfully onboarded and positioned for sustainable production growth.

This individual will develop and execute strategies to increase partner utilization of Plaza's programs and fulfillment services, strengthen customer relationships, identify growth opportunities within existing accounts, and deliver actionable feedback to support ongoing channel expansion and operational enhancements.
