What You’ll Do: Connect with customers – Ask the right questions, listen with care, and guide them toward the perfect products. Inspire purchases – Turn shopping into a fun, confidence-building experience that keeps customers coming back. Achieve results – Take pride in meeting (and exceeding!) personal and store sales goals.

Be the expert – Continuously grow your product knowledge with our industry-leading training. Keep it fresh – Help maintain a beautiful, organized sales floor that invites customers in. Lead by example – Show up with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Requirements

A positive, people-first attitude with a genuine passion for sales and customer service. Retail or sales experience is a plus—but not required. We’ll give you the training and tools to succeed. Strong communication skills, both face-to-face and on the phone. Self-motivation and the ability to work independently as well as part of a high-energy team.

Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on retail environment (standing, moving, restocking, and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.) Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
