OTR Company Driver

Railroader Trucking is now hiring experienced flatbedders. We have all late-model trucks and trailers All are air-ride, Lime Green in color, with APU’s, refrigerators, leather seats, Pre-pass, & 3-door enclosed headache racks. We have mainly new Internationals, with a few Peterbilts – Average truck age – 1.5 years old Drivers average around $1200-1500 week 30% gross Blue Cross health insurance (no cost to driver) 401(k) 50% no tarp freight $1000 sign on bonus HOME WEEKENDS 3 years driving – 1 year minimum OTR 12 months flatbed - minimum Must be physically able to lift 75 lbs 1 year recent driving (within the last 2 years) 25 or older No DUI’s within the last 15 years Prefer no prior felony convictions – will not hire drivers with child molestation, auto theft, or serious assault charges.

No more than 2 moving violations within the last 3 years – No reckless driving If driver has 2 violation, insurance may start the driver under “watch conditions” – 3rd violation in 2 years would be termination due to insurance If driver has 2 violation, insurance may start the driver under “watch conditions” – 3rd violation in 2 years would be termination due to insurance
