Job Summary

Entry Level Mechanic will perform and learn the process for assigned Maintenance services on Tractors and Trailers such as PMs, Brakes, Tire changes, Drum replacements, Electrical work, changing of parts such as alternators, starters, wiper motors, etc. Inspect, trouble shoot, diagnose, and perform maintenance on equipment.

Order and repair or replace any defective parts, components or systems Test repaired equipment for proper performance. Completes all work within a safe and timely manner. Completes required paperwork associated with repairs, documenting parts usage, and accounting for repair times. Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with company and regulatory standards- performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
