JOB SUMMARY

The SVP, Treasury & Payments Product Manager is responsible for the strategic vision, profitability, development, and lifecycle management of Forbright Bank's commercial deposit, treasury management, and payments product portfolio, with a primary focus on serving the needs of middle market businesses. This role owns the product strategy from ideation through commercialization, ensuring products align with client needs, competitive market trends, regulatory requirements, and the Bank's strategic objectives.

The role is accountable for product financial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, pricing strategy, adoption, and return on investment. Working closely with Treasury Sales, Commercial Banking, Operations, Technology, Marketing, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and third-party vendors, this individual develops business cases for new products and enhancements, defines product roadmaps, manages implementation efforts, and ensures successful product launches.

The role also serves as the voice of the customer by actively gathering feedback from clients and frontline associates, identifying opportunities for innovation, and continuously improving the client experience. Success in this role requires balancing strategic thinking with disciplined execution while driving profitable growth and delivering treasury solutions that differentiate Forbright Bank in the middle market.
