Maintenance Technician

Description PRC is seeking a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our Edgewater community. If you enjoy fixing things, take pride in your work, and like helping create a comfortable environment for residents, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Complete resident maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner Perform general repairs, including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and drywall work Assist with painting, patching and preparing apartments for new residents Perform routine preventive maintenance Help maintain the property, common areas and grounds Identify maintenance issues and report repairs requiring additional support Provide friendly, professional service to residents What We're Looking For At least one year of general maintenance or related experience Basic knowledge of residential or building repairs Ability to troubleshoot common maintenance issues Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Dependable, organized and able to work independently Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position Why Join PRC?
