Build relationships with customers and understand their vehicle needs Present and demonstrate new and used vehicles Guide customers through vehicle selection, test drives, and the purchasing process Follow up with customers and prospects to build lasting relationships Use our customer relationship management (CRM) system to stay organized and provide excellent service Work with your team to create a smooth, positive buying experience WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals who enjoy working with people and are ready to grow!

Previous sales or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and drive to succeed Valid driver's license Ability to successfully complete a background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) check, and pre-employment drug test You don't have to know everything about cars to get started.
