Staff Integration Lead

Help create an exceptional employee experience. As GAI’s Staff Integration Lead we want you to help us re-envision our onboarding and early integration process; facilitating its flow and process to enable new staff members to feel comfortable and be productive as soon as possible - ultimately increasing their job satisfaction.

You are one of the first leaders at GAI that will have the opportunity to assist the new staff at the company. Your charge is to review our existing system, propose enhancements and changes, if needed, and lead the continuous improvement of the significant part of a new employee’s experience at GAI.
