• Adios Amigos The role of the Assistant Store Manager is to assist the Store Manager in training and developing the barista team and managing store performance. This position is supplemental for achieving the store's daily and weekly operational expectations, leading by example through excellent customer service, and delegating/executing all necessary tasks for the store to run efficiently. Report individual progress of baristas to the Store Manager regularly and effectively collect data for reference purposes during employee evaluations. Assist in flawlessly executing all reporting throughout the week. Utilize waste logs to inform ordering adjustments and minimize waste. Assist in creating effective merchandising on display shelves and monitor FIFO practices.
