Requirements

Paid onboarding and development: Our goal is to set you up for success from day one – with real support, real learning, and real earning opportunities! To help new trainers begin confidently and successfully, we offer a structured, hands-on onboarding experience that includes: Guided coaching to learn our systems, training standards, and client-engagement approach Shadowing opportunities with experienced coaches Skill-building support to help you grow your client base Progressive responsibility as you build confidence and relationships Competitive compensation starting at $40 per training session based on experience and credentials Complimentary membership to HCI Sports & Fitness Opportunities for growth within a supportive, community-focused team What you’ll do: Complete paid onboarding and skill-development training Provide member fitness assessments and facility orientations Design and deliver high-quality training programs that produce results and encourage long-term retention Build and maintain strong, trust-centered client relationships Assist with identifying and renewing client training packages before expiration Manage your schedule to align with personal training clients’ sessions Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized fitness center and training areas Collaborate with the HCI team to support an outstanding member and guest experience Maintain required certifications/licenses And more...

What makes you a great fit: One or more of the following required certifications: NSCA-CSCS, ACE, ACSM, NSCA-CPT, NASM-CPT CPR/First Aid/AED certification College degree in exercise science or related field 1+ years of applicable experience preferred Training availability between 5 am and 2 pm or 2 pm to close, including some weekend availability and at least 15 hours per week to commit to the position Strong communication and relationship-building skills A drive for helping others succeed A positive, professional, and coachable mindset If you’re passionate about coaching, community, and helping people become the strongest version of themselves, we’d love to hear from you.
