Through detailed health screenings and routine GP appointments, you’ll explore lifestyle, prevention and long-term health with patients who want to understand their health and make positive changes. Many come to us through corporate healthcare partnerships, looking for realistic, personalised guidance that fits around demanding working lives. Supported by advanced diagnostics, leading consultants and established referral pathways across HCA UK's wider hospital and specialist network, you'll be able to look beyond individual symptoms and consider each patient's wider health. You'll also become part of the UK's largest employer of private GPs specialising in corporate healthcare. Backed by more than 55 years of private healthcare experience, over 30 years dedicated to Primary Care, and continued investment in our growing network, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your interests, broaden your experience and shape a lasting career with us. What you’ll do: You’ll deliver pre-booked appointments ranging from focused 15-minute reviews to one-hour health screenings. Other responsibilities will include: Deliver personalised GP consultations and comprehensive health screenings Carry out procedures such as blood draws, vaccinations, smear tests and ECGs Use diagnostics and rapid pathways to support timely decisions Provide tailored guidance on lifestyle, risk and long-term wellbeing Refer patients to specialists and therapies when clinically appropriate What else you can expect: Community: You’ll be part of a network of over 140 private GPs, with access to our GP Academy to help you settle into private practice and regular peer sessions where clinical discussions are encouraged, not rushed. Growth: You’ll have the chance to develop specialist interests and clinics in areas such as menopause, neurodiversity or men’s health, supported by funded CPD and access to further studies such as a Diploma in Lifestyle Medicine or Occupational Health. Recognition: You're given the time to do your best work and recognised for the quality of care, clinical judgement and relationships you build with patients and colleagues. Compassion: Your schedule is designed to protect your work-life balance, with no home visits, weekends or out-of-hours work. Pre-booked appointments give you the time to practise medicine in a way that feels rewarding, without sacrificing your own wellbeing. Autonomy : You’ll have the clinical freedom to make decisions in the best interests of your patients, supported by modern systems, advanced diagnostics and expert colleagues when needed. You’ll be trusted to use your judgement and practise medicine in a way that brings out your best. What we’re looking for: We’re looking for GPs who are excited to grow, develop new skills and share our proactive, patient-first approach, with a genuine interest in preventative and lifestyle medicine.
