Senior E&m Engineer

Responsibilities

MVAC work installation and coordination with main contractor, subcontractor and resident engineer according to the layout drawing Material and drawing submission to E&M consultant Concealed conduit layout and builder's work drawing preparation Plant room arrangement drawing submission Pump head and fan static calculation Assistance of EMSD Building energy code submission Monitoring and supervising subordinate and team members Requirements Certificate or above in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related disciplines 6 years' relevant experience in MVAC / Building Services /E&M subcontractor works Well-versed in MS Office and AutoCAD Possess professional membership in Building Services/Mechanical/Electrical discipline is an advantage Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese Good communication skills
