Position Overview

In this role, you'll put your expertise to work diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential HVAC systems while delivering exceptional customer service in our customers' homes. $30 - $40/hr (DOE) Commission opportunity Work-life balance 80% company-paid medical insurance Dental, vision, short and long-term disability coverage 401K with 4% company match Paid time off plus paid holidays Paid training and advancement opportunities Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Company vehicle, iPad, and gas card What You'll Do Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems (focus on heat pumps) Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and filter changes Communicate clearly with customers about repairs and recommendations Deliver top-tier customer service with professionalism and care Discuss products and services with customers comfortably Work closely with dispatch, parts, install, and management teams Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and stock inventory as needed Accurately complete job-related paperwork and documentation Participate in ongoing training to grow and develop professionally What We're Looking For 3+ years of hands-on residential HVAC service, diagnosis, and repair experience EPA Certification required Strong mechanical and troubleshooting background Excellent time management and organizational skills Commitment to high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Experience with Service.
