Senior Officer - Procurement Optimization

Responsibilities

Maintain and govern procurement master data (supplier, material, pricing) Prepare spend analytics, dashboards, and KPI tracking (e.g., PPV, cost savings) Support ERP/P2P systems and procurement workflows (PR-PO, approvals) Drive automation initiatives (RPA, Power Automate, reporting tools) Collaborate with procurement, finance, and regional teams for data consolidation and reporting Requirements: Minimum 3–6 years of experience in procurement, data analytics, or system support Strong Excel and data visualization skills (Power BI/Tableau) Exposure to ERP/P2P systems (e.

g., SAP, Oracle) Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, UIPath) is an advantage Detail-minded, analytical, and able to work across teams Frequent Business Travcel is required (e.g. Mainland China, Vietnam etc.) We look forward to receiving your applications.
