Halff is looking for a Graduate Civil Engineer II, Water/Wastewater EIT for our Water & Wastewater Utilities team in our Houston or The Woodlands, TX offices. The position will be for a General Civil Engineer interested in Water & Wastewater Utility projects including pipeline and facility modeling, planning, process design and construction.
