Catering/Events Coordinator

Location: Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living Join our team as a Catering & Events Coordinator! In this role, you will manage and execute all aspects of catering and event coordination. From planning and setup to execution and breakdown, you'll ensure each event is a success, providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our residents.

Plan, organize, and book all functions and events. Ensure proper food portioning and attractive plate presentation. Work with customers to discuss and price catering packages. Ensure that all services and programs comply with federal, state, and local regulations.

What you will need

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant or food service management, including catering experience. Proficiency with computers and strong interpersonal skills. Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds. Availability to work some weekends and holidays Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
