Supervisor | Future Leader – AquaSonic Car Wash Ocoee, FL | Full-Time High Energy. Team Focused. Curious. Ready to Grow. AquaSonic is a fast-growing, professional car wash company building America’s Smartest Car Wash. We’re looking for a high-energy team player who wants more than a job. Someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in their work, asks questions, solves problems, and wants to become a leader.

You don't need car wash experience. We can teach you the business. We are looking for the right attitude, energy, and desire to learn.

What You'll Do

Lead by example and bring positive energy to every shift. Work alongside the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Train, coach, and develop team members. Keep the property, equipment, and operation at AquaSonic standards. Help drive sales, memberships, quality, safety, and speed. Ask questions, identify problems, and help find better ways to operate.

Hold yourself and the team accountable. Serve as Manager on Duty when leadership is not onsite.

50/hour + commission. Growth to $18+ in 90 days and Ops Manager Position in 6 months with total comp in $60-80K range.
