Job description
This position is for 3rd Shift (Sun.-Thurs., 11:00pm - 7:30am) The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading a group of 10–20 union associates, including machine operators and maintenance mechanics. This role supports production schedules by ensuring readiness through proper planning, parts availability, and tooling to enable quick and efficient changeovers.
The Maintenance Supervisor monitors, services, repairs, and maintains all production equipment across one (1) assigned shift. The primary focus of this position is to minimize downtime and maximize production output while meeting company safety, quality, cost, and productivity standards.
