Operations Director

The Operations Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Franklin, MA facility's operations, including manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, planning, supply chain, quality, EH&S, and logistics. The right leader will bring both strategic vision and tactical execution, with a proven ability to build processes and systems where they do not yet exist. This individual must be equally comfortable operating at the leadership level, setting direction and shaping strategy, while also engaging directly in the day-to-day details of factory operations. This position is on-site daily at our Franklin, MA facility. Limited travel may be required to support occasional cross-site initiatives.
