We're seeking a full-time Physical Therapist or PTA to join our Outpatient Neuro Rehabilitation program! As a Physical Therapist or PTA at On With Life, you'll play a vital role in helping individuals with complex neurological conditions regain independence and quality of life.

Zoon) Bonus Available at Work Anniversary Physical Therapist Duties: Provide assessments and advanced services for persons with brain injury or other neurological disorders. Create and implement personalized intervention plans addressing motor function, mobility, cognitive skills, psychosocial skills, and positioning.

Assist in the review of rehabilitation plans and make recommendations. Provide education and support to persons served and families. Assist in the education and training of staff on interventions to be performed outside of direct therapeutic treatment time
