Deputy Manager Finance

Job Description Deputy Manager Finance Manage day-to day Finance and accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions. Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank transactions, petty cash and other routine financial activities. Review and ensure accuracy of accounting entries, vouchers invoices, receipts, payments and supporting documentation.

Prepare and review monthly financial reports, management reports, schedules and Financial analysis for management review. Assist in preparation of budgets, cash flow forecasts and financial projections and monitor actual performance against approved budgets. Conduct and review review monthly bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny and account reconciliations, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies.

Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, company policies and statutory requirements. Support tax-related activities, including preparation and coordination of required information and documentation for tax fillings and assessments. Perform any other finance and accounting responsibilities assigned by managements.
