Assist the Facilities Department in supporting the operations of the Integrated Resort Job Responsibilities Assist and provide support to supervisor on various Projects across all areas of Facilities that involving handling related Scope of Work(SOW) and prepare of report tabulation and analysis, work schedules and make necessary arrangements on execution of these projects Coordinate with various internal and external parties to facilitate work flow Support in documentations and Involve in various project meeting and assists with minutes taking, tracking of progress and schedule of work.

Assists with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) or Safe Work Procedure (SWP) write-ups on how to respond to specific work trade. To assist with other tasks assigned by supervisor. Perform administrative duties as requested.
