Job Duties Warmly greet guests and kick off their Crave experience with energy and enthusiasm Help create a safe, exciting, and fun atmosphere for both guests and teammates Deliver exceptional guest service that leaves every visitor smiling and wanting to come back Keep daily operations running smoothly by following procedures with a positive attitude Answer questions about our products, promotions, and everything Crave has to offer Process transactions quickly and accurately while handling cash like a pro Stay knowledgeable about our offerings so you can confidently assist guests Maintain a clean, safe, and one-of-a-kind experience that upholds the company's amazing reputation!

Qualifications

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds (preferred) Strong team player who brings positive energy every shift Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to chat with anyone Friendly, upbeat attitude that lights up the room Passion for delivering outstanding guest service Comfortable making quick decisions in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Flexible availability — we love people who can roll with the fun!
