Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2013 and is a close-knit team of three who focus on delivering excellent service while maintaining a strong work-life balance. I began my career with State Farm in 2009 working in corporate before transitioning into agency ownership, bringing that experience and perspective into how I run the office today.

I studied at SUNY Buffalo where I also played basketball. Outside of the office, I enjoy fly fishing and spending time supporting my kids at their sporting events. Family plays a big role in my life, and that carries over into the culture of our agency. We offer a four-day work week, flexible PTO, licensing paid up front, a 401(k), and health benefits.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
