Front of House / Back-Up Therapist | Luxury Lodge | Kruger National Park Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a professional and service-driven Front of House / Back-Up Therapist for a luxury lodge in the Kruger National Park. This is a unique dual-role opportunity suited to a well-presented hospitality professional with strong guest service skills and a recognised therapy qualification.

Package & Benefits Salary: Negotiable depending on experience Location: Kruger National Park Live-in position Key Responsibilities Front of House Duties Welcome guests warmly and professionally, ensuring an exceptional first impression Manage spa reception operations including check-ins, bookings, enquiries, and scheduling Provide accurate information on treatments, services, availability, and pricing Handle guest communication via telephone, email, and in-person interactions Process guest payments and maintain accurate billing records Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area Coordinate with therapists and spa team to ensure smooth daily operations Monitor appointment flow to ensure efficient scheduling and guest satisfaction Maintain accurate guest records, preferences, and treatment history Therapist Duties Provide therapeutic treatments when required, maintaining high service standards Deliver treatments according to spa protocols and guest needs Offer aftercare advice and recommend suitable home-care products Support guest satisfaction through proactive service and engagement Promote spa services and support upselling where appropriate Minimum Requirements Grade 12 (Matric) Somatology qualification or equivalent (ITEC / SAAHSP / CIDESCO advantageous) Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Beauty Therapist Front-of-house or reception experience advantageous Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Professional, well-presented, and guest-focused approach Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and high service standards This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality professional to combine guest-facing reception duties with spa therapy expertise, contributing to exceptional guest experiences in a luxury lodge setting.
