Has sound nursing skills including infection control, assessment & care planning experience, and are familiar with the Aged Care Standards. Like working in a complex environment and want to be a part of a leadership team striving to provide amazing person-centered care, with support from an experienced team. The ANUM position creates opportunities to gain experience in an In-Charge position, and to lead and manage staff and quality improvement in the unit with a supportive environment. About you.
